Yes, the machine is equipped with a multi-stage washing and sanitizing system. The bottles are inverted and conveyed through a series of stations that perform the following steps:
1. Pre-rinse: Removes large debris with recovered water.
2. Alkaline Wash: Uses a 1–2% alkaline detergent at 55–65°C to remove fats and organic residues.
3. Drip-off: Allows the alkaline solution to drain.
4. Sanitizing: Employs two stages of disinfectant (e.g., 50–100 ppm chlorine dioxide or 200–300 ppm peracetic acid) to ensure thorough sterilization.
5. Drip-off: Prevents mixing of different disinfectants.
6. Intermediate Rinse: Flushes away residual disinfectant with recovered water.
7. Final Rinse: Uses purified or ultra-pure product water for a final, contaminant-free rinse.
Dual-high pressure rinsing stages is a customized upgrade designed for specific operational needs. We implement this dual-stage configuration in the following scenarios: 1. Heavy Physical Contamination: When processing returnable bottles with stubborn debris (e.g., sand, algae, or label adhesive), the first stage acts as a primary loosening flush, while the second stage ensures complete evacuation of dislodged particles from the bottleneck and bottom corners.
2. Post-Alkaline Neutralization: After the hot alkaline wash cycle, the first high-pressure rinse utilizes reclaimed water to rapidly remove bulk alkaline residues. The second rinse employs fresh purified/product water to guarantee a neutral pH inside the barrel. This is critical because residual alkalinity would neutralize acidic sanitizers (like peracetic acid), compromising the entire disinfection step.
