The CO₂ loss rate is generally controlled within 1.5% – 3% of the total dissolved CO₂ content, depending on factors such as pre-purging efficiency, back-pressure stability, and the snift (decompression) profile. For example, at a fill temperature of 4°C and a CO₂ volume of 4.0 g/L, the measured loss is consistently below 2.2% in our factory tests.
