Automatic 5 Gallon Palletizer for 5 gallon water bottling line

This gantry‑type palletizer is specially designed for end‑of‑line palletizing of 5‑gallon PC water bottles for water filling
production lines. It replaces manual stacking, realizing high‑degree automation for barrel‑water production.
It adopts heavy‑duty stainless‑steel gantry frame structure, corrosion‑resistant and easy‑to‑clean for humid drinking‑water
workshop environment. Servo motors drive the gantry for precise lifting and horizontal movement. The gripper grabs one full layer of 5‑gallon bottles and stacks them neatly onto plastic pallets.
Working Process:
Filled barrels conveyed to station → gripper catches full‑layer bottles → gantry lifts & transfers → accurately places bottles on pallet → layer‑by‑layer stacking until full pallet finished.
