Product Overview

The Automatic 5 Gallon Decapper is an essential pre-treatment component for high-speed water filling lines. It is designed to automatically remove caps from recycled 3-gallon and 5-gallon bottles, significantly improving production efficiency and ensuring a hygienic process. Pneumatic & Guidance System

1. Vertical Actuation

Two large main cylinders mounted on both sides serve as the machine’s power muscles. They drive the entire
cap removing head assembly to move up and down. Once the sensor detects a water bucket in position, the main cylinders push the
cap remover head downward to precisely fit over the bottle cap. After cap extraction is finished, the cylinders retract upward to
complete the physical cap-pulling operation.

2. Gripper Control

The central small cylinder (Airtac brand, visible in the diagram) controls the opening and closing of the cap grippers. Downward stroke: The cylinder extends to spread the grippers open to enclose
the cap. Cap pulling stroke: The cylinder retracts to clamp the grippers tightly against the cap rim; together with the upward
pulling force of the main cylinders, the cap is fully stripped off.

3. Precision Guidance & Alignment

Stainless steel guide rods paired with blue bushing seats form the rigid framework of the machine. Function: Eliminate any wobble of the cap removing head
during high-speed vertical travel. Technical advantage: Without these two guide rods, uneven force bearing would cause lateral
offset and eccentricity of the remover head, which would scratch or damage the neck of customer water buckets. The guidance system
ensures all cap extraction movements stay perfectly centered on the central axis.

Working Assembly: Decapping Head & Sensing System

Mechanical Gripper (SS304): The heavy-duty stainless steel claws are designed for high-frequency operation. They provide a precise mechanical grip on the cap's rim, ensuring a 99.5% decapping success rate. Stabilizing & Centering Plate (Blue): This high-density engineering plastic plate serves two purposes: it centers the bottle neck for perfect alignment and holds the bottle body down during the upward extraction stroke to prevent bottle jumping.

Operating Principle of Packaging Machine

The one-piece film wrapping machine is based on the heat shrinkage characteristics of the packaging film. It uses photoelectric switch sensors to detect online. The collected signals are controlled and processed by PLC (programmable controller) programs. The conveyor belt is used for continuous bottle feeding, bottle separation, and pressure The whole process is completed by mechanisms such as bottle, putting bottle, continuous pushing rod and bottle, single film wrapping, film picking and forming, heating channel shrinking and cooling and shaping.
