Transmission:

Adopt screw feeding bottles, different bottle diameter with different feeding bottle screw.

Main transmission adopting frequency conversion motor will be sent to decelerate box through stair belt, and then lead the whole machine running.

The bottles sent by enter bottle conveyor belt will divided into a fixed interval of one-way,and the bottle inverted by enter bottle clamp, then the bottles can be sent to filling machine’s enter bottle star-wheel. The bottle by lift-up motion is fixed on the bottom of filling parts.

Rinsing Part:

Rotary rinser is one of the key components, which is installed on the clamp, media distributor and other components. When the figure of the rotary bearing rotation, driven turret and the other components are installed on the rotating simultaneously, slewing bearing lubrication in order to concentrate lubrication.

Filling Valves:

CO2 pre-charge

Open the charge valve, form a pathway between bottle and alcohol tank’s CO2. The CO2 will filling into the bottle through the pathway. The charge valve will closed when the setting time reached, that means the CO2 pre-charge process end.

Vacuum extraction

Open the take out-vacuum valve pole, form a pathway between bottle and vacuum. The CO2 and air will be discharged from the bottle by the pathway, and form into vacuum in the bottle.

The take out-vacuum will be closed when the setting time arrived, then the once take out-vacuum end.

Capping Part:

The capper is made up of hopper, slide way, upper capper, lower capper, rise and fall parts, and preventing turning upright stanchion.

The requirements of crown cap:

Only when the height and diameter all accord with crown cap’s standard, the capper’s normal running can be guaranteed. The crown cap should be stored in the dry room.
