Three washing part:
The bottle clamp on the rotary table of the bottle punching machine holds the bottle opening and turns it 180° along a guide rail to make the bottle opening downward. In the specific area of the bottle washing part, the special nozzle on the bottle clamp emits disinfectant, disinfect the inner wall of the bottle, and then enter the second washing part for disinfection. After the bottle is disinfected, enter the sterile water washing part for washing
Filling and capping part:
The cleaned bottle is exported from the punching machine and transferred to the filling machine through the picking star wheel. The bottle entering the filling part is held by the bottle neck plate stuck to the bottle mouth. The bottle is raised and lowered by the lifting mechanism under the action of the CAM. The filling process is completed after the bottle rises to the top and opens the filling valve. The filling part adopts the pressure filling method directly connected with the UHT. After filling, the bottle enters the capping part through the transition wheel of the bottleneck. The stopcock on the capping part traps the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The capping head keeps revolution and rotation on the capping machine, and realizes catching, sleeving, screwing and removing actions under the action of the CAM to complete the whole capping process
