Drive System

The machine is equipped with a vertically adjustable circular top platen, driven by a screw rod for smooth lifting/lowering.
Working in sync with the rotating arm, it presses down on the top of the load during wrapping to prevent tipping of light, tall,or unstable goods, while ensuring tight film adhesion at the top for enhanced packaging stability.

Top Pressing Mechanism

The platen is made of rust-resistant material with a smooth, burr-free surface to avoid tearing the stretch film.

Film Carriage

The film carriage mounted on the vertical column integrates pre-stretch rollers, guide rollers, and tension sensors, enabling up
to 300% pre-stretching of the film. This significantly reduces film consumption while maintaining optimal wrapping tension for
secure load containment. The carriage moves smoothly via roller guides, and the chrome-plated guide rollers minimize film friction and wear.

Film Cutting

The unit is equipped with an integrated film cutting and sealing mechanism, including a heating wire, film-clamping cylinders, and
a cutting blade. After wrapping is completed, it automatically clamps, cuts, and heat-seals the film tail without manual
intervention, enabling a fully automated packaging process. The heating wire features adjustable temperature for strong,
damage-free sealing, with cylinder movements precisely synchronized to the wrapping cycle.
