The base stabilization unit is designed for products requiring label application to the bottle base. Its operating principle involves: when a product passes over the stainless steel pads on the conveyor, the product becomes elevated, while the adjacent heating gun simultaneously thermally activates the label to induce shrinkage, thereby achieving precise circumferential wrapping of the label around the container's base.
