Machine Introduction
RCGF series juice filling machine bottling line is used to produce PET bottled juice within the volume from 200ml-2250ml.Different models can satisfy various requirements of output from 1500B/H to 25000B/H.This machine integrated ringsing,filling and capping into one monoblock with full-automatic equipment.It is suitable for producing PET bottled juice and tea.The method of filling adopts normal temperature filling method, and also can fill water .The juice equipment is fitted with advanced Seimens PLC and ABB motor to control the operation and cooperated by frequency converter of the main motor.it makes the operation more stable and reliable.the photoelectric sensor is used to detect operating confitions of each section,which makes the operation of this equipment highly automatic and convenient.

Air Conveyor with primary filter is mainly used in the automatic filling production line of PET bottle beverage or water. It is the intermediate transportation of connecting blowing machine, unstacking machine, bottle storage conveying table and filling machine.
