Turntable

The disordered bottles are poured into the turntable area through the vibrating tray, conveyor belt or by hand. The turntable rotates at a constant or variable speed driven by a motor and moves the bottles to the periphery through centrifugal force. Through the sensor and the direction of the bottle mouth on the south side, in combination with the pneumatic device, the inverted bottle is flipped.

Brush wheel and motor

Brush wheel are usually composed of multiple rotatable strip-shaped brushes, and the motors used are servo motors, stepper motors or AC asynchronous motors.The brush wheel motor is usually connected to the brush wheel shaft and driven by a belt or chain. Operating Principle Of Packaging Machine
