5 Gallon Column Palletizer

This vertical column palletizer is specially designed for automatic palletizing of 5-gallon plastic water barrels at the end of purified water and mineral water production lines. The machine adopts a stable vertical frame structure, featuring compact layout and small floor space. Equipped with special grippers for 5-gallon water jugs, it neatly handles packed barrels and automatically places separating sheets layer by layer to finish pallet stacking. It supports multiple sizes of plastic pallets. Controlled via HMI touch screen, it allows free switching of various palletizing patterns. The machine features stable driving and heavy load capacity: max load 320kg per layer, maximum 1300kg per pallet, and the maximum stacking height reaches 2000mm. It is widely used in automatic 5-gallon water filling lines to replace manual stacking, reduce labor cost and improve overall automation efficiency of water plants..

Operating Principle Of Packaging Machine
