The GD-36, GD-48, GD-60, GD-72, GD-84, and GD-96 models of automatic bottle inverting rinsers perform a series of automated operations, including robotic gripping and inverting of bottles, synchronized valve opening, spray rinsing, draining, inverting back to the upright position, and bottle discharge. In addition to the rinsing function, these machines can be integrated with drip dryers to achieve fully automated production, significantly improving production efficiency.

Automatic bottle draining machine
After the washing station is completed, the bottles enter the drainage area. Bottle draining is achieved through either tilting or swinging, depending on the bottle design. Once draining is finished, the robotic arm rotates 180°, returning the bottles to an upright position, and the grippers release them. The bottle pushing system then guides the bottles back onto the conveyor chain, transferring them to the next process.

6 Do you offer customized filling machines for special bottle shapes? Yes, we do. We have extensive experience in designing filling lines for non-standard bottle shapes. We can tailor the machine’s mechanical structure and changeover parts (change parts) specifically for your project. To give you a precise proposal, we would need to see the bottle dimensions or ideally have samples sent to our factory for testing.
7 What is the difference between a monoblock filler and a standalone filler? A monoblock filler integrates rinsing, filling, and capping into one compact machine, saving space and reducing bottle handling, while a standalone filler is a single unit that requires separate rinsers and cappers connected by conveyors.
8 Are your filling machines suitable for both PET and glass bottles? While we manufacture machines for both types, we generally recommend dedicated lines for PET and glass bottles to ensure optimal performance. Glass bottles typically require bottle-bottom conveying and specialized rinsing/capping systems to prevent breakage, whereas PET bottles often use neck-clamping systems. If your production volume is high, dedicated machines will be more efficient and stable."
