Ring sorting turntable & ring conveying channel:
No ring jamming, lifting ring abrasion or dust generation occurs during ring sorting, compatible with lifting rings with slight
deformation. The conveying channel avoids ring blockage, and jammed rings can be automatically rejected for quick troubleshooting.
The centrifugal disc is automatically controlled when bottles are insufficient: it shuts down automatically after long-term bottle shortage to save energy, and restarts automatically once production resumes for fully unattended operation.
Control System:
The ring sorting turntable is equipped with a low-level material detection sensor to monitor ring stock inside the turntable; it will send an alarm and reject products for missing rings or improperly fitted rings. An automatic material cleaning function is integrated.
The lifting ring conveyor adopts automatic operation control to cut energy consumption and reduce ring deformation.
After passing through the ring pressing unit, the bottles, caps and labels shall not suffer permanent irreversible deformation.
This new automatic ring pressing machine features a compact footprint. No dedicated operator is required during production. The system will automatically alert staff to replenish rings when the storage hopper runs low on material.
A built-in tool cabinet is installed inside the machine for tool storage; two complete sets of professional tools are supplied as standard accessories.
Allowable flat deformation of lifting rings shall be less than 1.5 mm, and the missing ring pressing rate shall be controlled
within 0.02% (2 per ten thousand).
